How do I know which version of the journal to get?

If you are neurodiverse or dyslexic of any age opt for that version. Otherwise, the standard adult version (18+) or the teen (12-18) will be suitable. You can always take our quiz to find the best match.

How do I refill my journal?

We offer refill packs for our journals on our website which can be brought in singles or multiple packs.

Do I have to use it everyday?

No. The journal fits around you. Use it when you feel you most need to. It shouldn't be a chore. 

How long does the journal last?

It depends on how often you use it. One insert if used every day will last 4 weeks. 

Do I need to be diagnosed to use it?

Not at all. Anyone can use the journal to benefit their mental health. We have a range of customers who use our journals for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and many others.
