I have used many different types of journals and have struggled as they seem to want to make you complete it everyday, sometimes i dont want to. i like that i can journal when i want to. this journal makes it easy to find triggers and habits that are causing a few issues to arise. i have found it really useful to track the mood and how i feel.
I have used The Discovery Journal before but treat myself to the purple faux binder. With using before after a while I am able to notice trigger. I love the way it asks questions but then is a place to add your own bits. I have recommended these to friends and family and I would anyone else suffering anxiety and depression.

Really lovely journal. Easy to use and so far very helpful. I enjoy filling it out and thinking about my day and moods and the people I interact with during the day. A good routine to get into.
I get really bad anxiety and having somewhere to sort my mind and my day out is amazing. gets me thinking of the triggers and is sort of an amazing day of self therapy. it's a real help having somewhere to validate how I feel.
